I was introduced to the Billow for the first time after a visit with the lactation consultant with my HMO provider Kaiser. She had one and for some reason I was able to have a better latch as the positioning was ideal since I could customize how my daughter's head position as the Billow was fluid and adjustable so I bought one at the hospital gift store. The main reason that I like it better than other nursing pillows (I have a Boppy and MyBreastfriend too) is because it works especially well for feedings in my rocking chair. I can move the Billow around the arm rests and create the perfect support position for me and my baby. Since this is where I tend to spend a lot of time nursing especially in the first months and late nights, I'm glad I found something that works better than the other options I tried first.

The most beautiful pillow arrived here the other day! Thank you so much! We love it and it has already become a favorite. Just this morning, in fact, it proved to be a lifesaver. At the 5:00 a.m. feeding, I had a couple of minor debacles (pee spray, etc). It was just me with the two boys. I did everything wrong, and didn't end up getting them any food until 5:30, when they were both ravenous and crying -- terrible. I grabbed your pillow, propped them up in it side by side. I never could have done that with a normal pillow. And the colors are darling. I really love it. This one is really so great. Thank you so much.

I purchased the Boston Billow when my daughter was born and nursed her until she was two and used that pillow every day. I loved it so much that I bought one for a friend who had a baby last summer. It is the greatest nursing pillow. Unlike the "Boppy", I was able to position the pillow to support my daughter to allow for comfortable nursing.
I honestly believe that if I hadn't had your pillow I wouldn't have nursed my daughter as long as I did.

I tried a Boppy pillow and nursing was a nightmare. I needed to support the Boppy with another pillow, that kept falling out anyway and my newborn would slip off her latch with it - causing me distress. I went to my daughter's pediatrician to ask for help and she had me nurse my baby with a Boston Billow. It was instantly better. I ran home and bought one that day. It was great. My daughter never fell off again and nursing became a pleasant thing for us to do. Without the Boston Billow, I think I would have quite nursing.

I loved the Billow because it is so flexible. I could mold it to fit me or the baby's position. It also was much better than my Boppy because it fit my waist ! (I really was unable to use the Boppy for nursing for several months.) I highly recommend the Billow to any nursing mom.
